Bert went above and beyond the daily duties as my agent for example taking calls way after hours at 11:00 pm and 2:00pm on one instant when I wanted to leave a voicemail and he answered, just amazing which happen to be about the new home I’m currently in now. The day I went to see the home I wanted to purchase was the day of Bert’s wedding anniversary. Bert was able to show me the home and send over all necessary documents for me to review and sign and still make it to his dinner he’s just amazing.
