Katie was professional and she always negotiated on my behalf and made me feel confident in the entire negotiation process until we closed Katie stayed on top of all details and explained everything fully. Highly recommend Katie for any real estate needs!

If you’re ever looking for the best possible real estate agent you can work with, consider Natasha Bazile. Natasha was absolutely instrumental to me finding and getting my home. From the house showings, to bidding, inspections, repair negotiations, contractual details, closing, and every possible question I could throw at her (of which there were many), she was with me every step of the way. She is incredibly knowledgeable and pointed out pros and cons of each house that would have totally escaped me. She never however imposed, but offered her expertise as a guide or counsel, working according to my needs and interests. And on top of all the professional competence, she is as warm, kind, and genuine a human being as they come. I could not recommend Natasha more highly!
