Stacy is absolutely amazing! Due to issues selling our house in another state, buying a new house in Georgia took us about 6 months. Stacy’s focus and drive to find the home of our dreams never slacked a bit in all that time. She was ALWAYS available to answer my calls and texts or look at houses. I actually had to ask her if she ever stops working. I felt like her only client. Stacy’s knowledge of the real estate market is second to none. I felt 1000% confident with her guidance through the process of buying a new-build home for the first time. She provided market insights and information that I had never considered, but were important in our house buying situation. She was our biggest advocate when it was time to make a deal on a house. If I even mentioned a problem, she was on it and had a solution immediately. Most importantly, I never felt pressured to buy more house than we wanted. Stacy was always focused on my entire family and what WE wanted (even our 6 year old). When my wife and I changed our minds 12 times, Stacy never showed frustration for even a second. I rate Crayton in all 4 categorizes as a 5 star.  Crayton is an all-star, and is highly experienced, and good at his job.  I knew I wanted Crayton to be my selling agent during our first 2 min conversation. After meeting him, it was the icing on the cake. When my home went on the market, I immediately had many offers. Crayton strategically chose the best offer. I was in an agreement with a buyer within 2 weeks. My home was sold within 45 days.  I needed my home sold for a reasonable price, and as fast as possible. Crayton provided this. He is a "heck" of a negotiator. Crayton also patiently helped me purchase a home.  I needed to sell my home, purchase another, and schedule the closing dates to match my needs.  Crayton provided this for me. Crayton also assisted me at both closings. If I were to do another real estate transaction, I would definitely choose him again.
