Going through our home before putting on the market, Toni provide terrific insight on what to spend money in preparation of our home. We would have spent money on house selling preparation that would not have impacted the selling of our home. She was very responsive to questions. In addition, she has a polite but direct way of keeping us on track with important details and discussions. She checked to a few times to assure or house was appropriately priced in are market and we closed our house well within the price range that was determined.

Brian was very instrumental in my husband & me finding our forever home. We lived in another state & Brian was referred by a good friend of mine. Tom was very helpful from start to finish, walking us through what this process would look like every step of the way. Every house we toured Tom have us great background showing that he had not only connected with the seller/agent to get more details, but also his long term knowledge of the housing market. Tom helped us to understand the long term costs within each home with roof repairs, furnace age, landscaping costs, radon testing, and plenty more details that I would not have thought to ask. It was incredibly helpful and made me feel much more secure about buying a home knowing Tom would help guide us through the houses and point out important features. I would gladly recommend Tom to any home buyer, but especially to first time home buyers as it’s already a stressful process so having a knowledgeable guide ready to research any question and point out things you didn’t know to ask was a HUGE relief while touring. He helped us figure out good offers/counter offers, and navigate the closing period with inspections, appraisals, and final details. Thanks to Tom we closed on our first home in great time without feeling pressured, rushed, or uncertain!
