This is the second time I have used Tom for purchasing a home. He listens to what we are looking for and where, set up a search so that we would get daily notifications to see new listings matching our criteria. He is responsive to all our questions and points out things during the walk-through that may need to be looked at during inspection. Blake was amazing to work with! It took us a really long time to find and close on a house. He was extremely patient though out the process and showed us countless homes until we found the perfect one. He did a great job of identifying our taste and helping us figure out what the perfect home to meet our needs looked like, which was completely different than what we set out looking for in the beginning of the process.
