Showings were scheduled for a good amount of time to look around and get a feel for the home. The inspector Kelly referred us to was very thorough and she went over all of it with us. We hired Dylan to sell our house. One of parents was dying, and we needed to leave quickly. Dylan handled EVERYTHING. The estate sale. Cleaning out what was left over. Minor repairs. All in addition to the usual stuff. We decided on a price relative to another house in our neighborhood. Given the way the market is slowing down, it didn't sell quickly. We lowered the price once and received a good deal -- about $15k more than what other realtors had quoted us. I would definitely recommend Dylan as a realtor.

Excellent Service & Responsiveness I owned a rental property in a neighborhood that was starting to decline. I asked my property manager at the time, if he could facilitate the sale. After a week, he came back with a sale price that was well under the values I had found in my research. I started researching other agents in the area and found Joe Stockdale. Joe was able to list the house, recommend modest repairs, and find a buyer within about a week. As with most property sales, there were rocky points, but Joe was on top of them. I know I wasn’t his only client, but he responded to my concerns quickly and concisely. And even more impressive because I am in a time zone with a 3-hour difference.
