I have never had a real estate professional work SO HARD to investigate all of the little details during a very short Due Diligence period. Daniela was simply astounding in the way that she personally contacted experts and building regulators to find out all of the things that the sellers didn't know about. The surveyor. The buried well. The septic tank. The previously removed structures. The regulations regarding combination of lots. The rules about future division of property. How to get variances from the city.
