I was the buyer, and she was the seller’s agent. Even though she wasn’t representing me, she went above and beyond to help me. She provided valuable information about getting a loan, took the time to explain the entire process, and was incredibly helpful throughout. After closing, she even gave me a gift to congratulate me on my first home. The process was fast and easy, and although I didn’t have a real estate agent of my own, she earned my trust and respect through her professionalism and kindness. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Before selling our house, much research was done by Pam as to what would be most beneficial in selling our home. Her attention to detail and personal touch in preparing the home for sell was beyond the norm. She treated the home and prepared it as if it were her own. Her time and energy in how she walked us through the process was very assuring. She gave wisdom and helpful advice but was always respectful for what our desires were in the process. Her communication and expertise between us and the buyer was so very professional. She will go to bat for her client but also has a contagious kindred spirit about her that communicates well with others outside of the seller/agent relationship. I would highly recommend Pam Smith to anyone looking for a realtor that cares about what she does, goes beyond what is expected and gives that extra special effort down to the last detail!
