I was the buyer, and she was the seller’s agent. Even though she wasn’t representing me, she went above and beyond to help me. She provided valuable information about getting a loan, took the time to explain the entire process, and was incredibly helpful throughout. After closing, she even gave me a gift to congratulate me on my first home. The process was fast and easy, and although I didn’t have a real estate agent of my own, she earned my trust and respect through her professionalism and kindness. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Before selling our house, much research was done by Pam as to what would be most beneficial in selling our home. Her attention to detail and personal touch in preparing the home for sell was beyond the norm. She treated the home and prepared it as if it were her own.
