Tracy has a team of tradesmen to get the repairs done and at a good price. I live out of town, and it would have been tough without her. She is easy to work with and is a well-seasoned agent. She handled the whole process very well and with good communications. Even though the market was experiencing a down-turn, she got a sale contract in just a few weeks. Top notch and totally recommend.

Kimolyn is by far the BEST! If I had to describe Kimolyn in two words it would be “Problem Solver” or “Solutions Specialist” !! She goes above and beyond for her clients. My home was literally on Zillow for 2 minutes when Kimolyn scheduled our viewing! She seems to know the art of real estate down to a science!
