Changing our location to GA from No.CA, Janet was a tremendous help to us not only when we got here, but also in the months before we actually made the trip across the country. After seeing some tremendous potential homes, late one night she found what she thought might be the "perfect" home for us. At the crack of dawn she picked us up and we saw the house before anyone else I think. We're still settling in but have high hopes this will be our forever home!

Tantanea was very knowledgeable of the process and program we used to purchase our home and very knowledgeable in her field. She was easy to talk to and her personality was always upbeat and positive. She always made us feel comfortable and heard and she made us feel like we were her only client even though we weren't.

It was my first time looking for a home. When it came to selecting an agent I couldn't think of anyone other than Arnold to be my guide. Any question I had over the home buying process as well as any property that we got to take a look at he was able to answer effectively and clearly. And when it came to signing papers or having any questionns, he would get back to me very promptly and in a timely manner. He also made searching for a house very convenient and very easy for me. One thing that really sticks out to me about Arnold is how above and beyond he's willing to go. He always fights for his clients just as he fought for me to make sure that not only did I get the best possible deal but also wasn't throwing money away. This is an agent that I recommend to anyone who is serious about buying a home because I know for a fact that Arnold will work with you to the end.
