As a First-time Homebuyer; it was essential that I be able to trust my Agent and to be able to ask questions without being made to feel "dumb" or embarrassed. I thing one thing I learned in this experience is that I have somebody who cared about what went on and when I went to the closing table, I felt reassured that I was getting the best and the best was brought to the table for me.
