I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.

Sandi is enthusiastic and detail oriented. I have used her to buy 2 houses and she has made it so EASY. She will always be my go to for real estate transactions.

Excellent Service & Responsiveness I owned a rental property in a neighborhood that was starting to decline. I asked my property manager at the time, if he could facilitate the sale. After a week, he came back with a sale price that was well under the values I had found in my research. I started researching other agents in the area and found Joe Stockdale. Joe was able to list the house, recommend modest repairs, and find a buyer within about a week. As with most property sales, there were rocky points, but Joe was on top of them. I know I wasn’t his only client, but he responded to my concerns quickly and concisely. And even more impressive because I am in a time zone with a 3-hour difference.
