We hired Dylan to sell our house. One of parents was dying, and we needed to leave quickly. Dylan handled EVERYTHING. The estate sale. Cleaning out what was left over. Minor repairs. All in addition to the usual stuff. We decided on a price relative to another house in our neighborhood. Given the way the market is slowing down, it didn't sell quickly. We lowered the price once and received a good deal -- about $15k more than what other realtors had quoted us. I would definitely recommend Dylan as a realtor.

My experience with Allison was great to say the least. Was very professional and always a text away from getting an immediate response. We searched for a good while, viewing house after house until we finally got one we wanted. Was a pleasure to work with allison and a great experience/process.

Where do I begin, I first met Teresa eight months ago when, I found a listing online that I liked. She met me at the location and showed me the house and advise me of its flaws. For the next month, I reached out to her multiple times to look at some other houses. She told me she had a friend that was selling her house and she thought we would love it. She was correct. At 9 o’clock at night, she drove with us up to the house and showed us the property. This is where it all began. My house was a contingent sale on the other homeowners. Teresa put in unknown amount of painstaking hours between, sending me documents for me to sign (multiple times) to spending hours at an auction trying to figure out what was going on with the contingent property. She put in many more painstaking hours drafting up more paperwork for me to sign. This process went on for six months, but Teresa did not give up on me. She kept pushing through with a positive attitude and assuring me that she will make it happen. Even on the day of our closing, I had to throw her one last curve ball and what did she do? She hit it out of the park. I can now say she is more than a realtor to me, I do consider her one of my friends. I hope this review gets out to people so they can also see how awesome of a person Teresa is. Update after closing, to show you that she cares about you more then any other realtor does, she bought us a custom door mat with our last name on it and flowers to plant. She is just an amazing person!!! Thank you for everything you have done for my fiancé and I.

Scott helped us sell our house. He gave us tips and names of Companies that could help us prepare the house for sale. We had 2 open houses. Scott gave us frequent updates on neighborhood properties for sale and prospective buyers that viewed our house. Scott helped us prepare for the closing and attended the sell with us. we would highly recommend Scott.
