Grace came through with flying colors. She was so knowledgeable about the marketplace and where I didn't think our house would sell right away it's sold in one day with three offers. She helped us through this process as if it was nothing. But to me it was overwhelming. She calmed us down kept us in line and we got it done in record time. She knows these Cobb market like the back of her hand. And even when we went into West Cobb to look at homes she was very knowledgeable. She is smart funny and very positive. I can't recommend her enough.

Going through our home before putting on the market, Toni provide terrific insight on what to spend money in preparation of our home. We would have spent money on house selling preparation that would not have impacted the selling of our home. She was very responsive to questions. In addition, she has a polite but direct way of keeping us on track with important details and discussions. She checked to a few times to assure or house was appropriately priced in are market and we closed our house well within the price range that was determined.

This was my first ever attempt at selling a house and much like the buying process I expected way more road blocks than I encountered.
