Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! He and his team are professional and trustworthy. He gave us very honest and professional opinions on the houses that we looked at. He doesn't say things like "if this is your dream house......." or " If you like it....." Instead, he pointed out the disadvantages of buying certain type of houses. He didn't rush us to make decisions. I personally learned a lot from him. Working with him makes our life much easier. He was able to negotiate with the sellers to let them fix everything that was listed on the inspection report. His team handled the mortgage and everything else afterwards. We just showed up to sign.
