He gave recommendations on a daily basis and we would choose from his daily emails which ones to actually see. He did such a great job we used him to sale our current house too. Both closed within 3 weeks of each other. He handles all of the communication with the other real estate teams and definitely reduced my time away from work. I put in a bid on the first home we saw (I loved it) but inspection report had issues and Mitch was honest and helped me make the right decision despite delaying a possible sale/commission for him.
