Kay was excellent in the process of selling and buying a house. We have worked with her multiple times. She did an amazing job at facilitating the sale of our old house, and the purchase of our new one. She explained the whole process to us and kept us informed at all times, and she also did everything in her power to make everything go smoothly and quickly. We hired Dylan to sell our house. One of parents was dying, and we needed to leave quickly. Dylan handled EVERYTHING. The estate sale. Cleaning out what was left over. Minor repairs. All in addition to the usual stuff. We decided on a price relative to another house in our neighborhood. Given the way the market is slowing down, it didn't sell quickly. We lowered the price once and received a good deal -- about $15k more than what other realtors had quoted us. I would definitely recommend Dylan as a realtor.
