Several years ago I wanted to get an appraisal and property management person for our house in Covington Ga. Living out of state I found Mrs. Beal with a internet search . She gave me an appraisal with good comps and paper work in a timely manner . In short order she also found us a very good renter . Last month we decided to sell the house and again Mrs. Beal came through with flying colors as the selling agent . Paper work and closing was completed without a hitch . As we live out of state that was a blessing !! We have been very happy with the service that Mrs. Beal provided ! ????

Gina Sharma was an excellent agent. The whole process was tough but she kept her calm and push through to make the sale happen. I don't think I would have the cool calm and professionalism she displayed going through that long length of time this took.

I cannot begin to explain how great of a realtor Becky is! We are a military family, are currently stationed 12 hours away, and had never purchased a home before. Becky was so patient in explaining the whole process of purchasing a house! Because we were not close, she was our critical eye when viewing houses and would take videos with detailed explanation of everything. She was so very kind and thorough with it all. She made us feel so comfortable and went so far above and beyond! She became like family to us. We found our dream forever home and it would not have been possible without her!
