We were selling from out of town and no longer lived in the same city as our property. Spencer was our local contact and made it very convenient to sell from another state. Spencer was up to date on all the aspects of the condo building and was able to share his knowledge with buyers. He helped us make the condo more attractive to buyers and facilitated the installation of new flooring so that we did not have to return to Atlanta.
