Mrs. Terri was great to work with. She had our backs on every step of the process and our best interest in the process. She always responded in a reasonable amount of time and went above and beyond to get a great price for our home. If we ever have to look into the housing market again we will be sure to use her.

Earlier this year we decided that our family needed a reset which included a move to Georgia. We were referred to Mrs.Kellye Rose to help us find the perfect home in Gwinnett County. Kellye listened to our requirements and quickly found properties for us to see within a 48 hour window. Kellye structured the viewing of the homes in a smart and strategic manner. She scheduled the viewings to provide adequate time to see multiple properties during specific blocks of time with breaks in between which reduced the likelihood of beginning overwhelmed. It still amazes us how we were able to see over 20 properties and ultimately found a home that met all our requirements. Kellye worked diligently with the seller’s realtor to manage the contract process and was readily available for all pre and post closing appointments since we were out of state. Kellye’s professionalism, communication and attention to detail are top tier! As out of state buyers we had multiple questions which Kellye never hesitated to answer, was always patient and never became frustrated with the flurry of communications. Kellye always walked us through any documents we were required to sign and advocated for us on issues/inquires prior to closing on the property. League Realty & Associates have a platinum level agent in Kellye on their team. We have referred Kellye to multiple family members and friends who are interested in purchasing properties in Georgia. We were blessed to have Kellye as our realtor and now a family friend!

Maria was available anytime by phone, by text, whenever I had questions she had answers. She is a perfectionist and it shows in how she presented our house, the wording in the ad for the house. She has fresh ideas and works very hard to get the job done correctly!
