Excellent Service & Responsiveness I owned a rental property in a neighborhood that was starting to decline. I asked my property manager at the time, if he could facilitate the sale. Joe was able to list the house, recommend modest repairs, and find a buyer within about a week. As with most property sales, there were rocky points, but Joe was on top of them. Several years ago I wanted to get an appraisal and property management person for our house in Covington Ga. Living out of state I found Mrs. Beal with a internet search . She gave me an appraisal with good comps and paper work in a timely manner . In short order she also found us a very good renter . Last month we decided to sell the house and again Mrs. Beal came through with flying colors as the selling agent . Paper work and closing was completed without a hitch . As we live out of state that was a blessing !! We have been very happy with the service that Mrs. Beal provided ! ????
