Mr Simmons was very hands on from the beginning. It was a pleasure working with him as he left no stones unturned to make sure we got our dream house. I thank him everyday I come home.

We just closed on our home! It was our first experience selling a home and Susan made it a breeze. We had several offers on our home within the first couple weeks of listing. Susan fought to get us the best contract possible. She went above and beyond by: following up on every inquiring and list showing, initiating contact with interested parties, advertising in the most advantageous locations, using her experience and relationships to best serve her clients, always having the right/knowledgeable answer, and most important, Susan kept us informed and involved! She was available at all times, and I always felt like she was invested in our venture. I highly recommend working with Susan Hudson. She was a blessing to our family, and I honestly believe she is a blessing to each individual that has the opportunity to work with her.

Jacquee and Greg went above and beyond to make this transaction happened and I will always be forever grateful. They are the best!!!
