Kim was amazing and informative every step of the way. This was not only a bankruptcy property but our first home buying experience and she was an all star. She promptly answered all rookie questions and had a wealth of knowledge and expertise. When we ran into snags (and there were a few) she fought for a solution and even drove 2 hours and kicked in some doors to get our final problem solved. Couldn't recommend higher.

My husband was a real estate agent for a number of years so as you would expect, we had high expectations for our agent and Luanne exceeded them all. She has extensive market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and an admirable go getter attitude. She was always a step ahead and is extremely meticulous in everything she does. Beyond her exceptional aptitude for her profession she is an amazing person. She’s always pleasant to talk to and showed through every milestone that she genuinely and fully cared about our wellbeing as clients. We have so much to share on how she has gone above and beyond typical agent duties, but would surely run out of space.
