There was a situation AFTER the sale where she needed to intervene with the closing attorney and the seller and she did so without hesitation. First off, Shellie KNOWS real estate! She was spot on with every aspect of the process. The information she shared about the current state of the market, how that would affect the sale and what to expect. Absolutely spot on! Her photographer is second to none. If you're wanting the best marketing of your house, this is where you'll find it. She and her team are very open, honest, friendly and make you feel like family. At closing it was bittersweet because it felt like you were sending your kids off to college. So let's get to the facts; the house sold for exactly what she thought it would. It was on the market 4 days and had 9 showings, 3 offers and a signed contract, done deal. We would absolutely use Shellie again and would recommend her team to everyone.
