We feel so fortunate to have worked with Kamini from KMI Realty. From the very beginning, she made the entire process feel calm and enjoyable. Her patience stood out the most—never rushing us, always listening, and helping us think through every option until we knew we had found the home that truly fit us. Her knowledge of the market and the way she explained things gave us so much confidence. What impressed us most, though, was how much she genuinely cared. It never felt like a transaction—it felt like she was personally invested in making sure we ended up in the right place. This was by far the best experience we’ve had with a realtor. If we ever buy or sell again, we wouldn’t think twice about calling her.

Kristie was really great to work with, used all of BH resources to get the job done. It was not easy as the market had just started a downturn when I listed it, in addition I literally moved out of state the day the offer was presented so she handled everything without me having to come back to Georgia. Her experience was very valuable. Thanks again Kristie.
