I recently had the pleasure of working with Jody Jesse to purchase my 1st home & I can confidently say he is an exceptional realtor. From our very first meeting, Jody was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, & genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect home. He took the time to understand my needs, preferences & break down the whole process to me. Which made the entire experience unforgettable. He helped me understand, was positive during the whole process & was looking out for the best option. I’m very grateful for Jody. Not only has he helped me but also has helped my dad few years ago & hopefully soon he’ll help my close friend.

Loretta was a referral from a family member. I told the family member to give her my phone number but for her not to contact me until I knew I was ready to start the process of getting my house on the market. She did just that! I finally contacted her 3 months later. I know how some Realtors are ready to get you on board so they can get you under contract & will worry the crap out of you, but Loretta did not contact me at all until I was ready for her help. She was there for me more than I ever expected! I live in Georgia & it was very taxing on me to keep coming back & forth to the house for appointments every week. She knew my situation & how stressful it had become & she was always willing to meet the Contractors/roofers/septic company at the house if I couldn’t make it. Early on, she informed me what I needed to do in order for me to get the price I wanted for the house. I did 99% of what she asked. (Was not going to paint the fireplace black as she suggested). LOL. Overall, she did a fantastic job communicating everything that I needed to know. Very responsive with emails or return phone calls. Even though I’m in Georgia, I will let anyone that I know who will be moving to NC, I will definitely give them her information. God bless you & thanks again Loretta!
