Greer is a great communicator and negotiator.

Janelle was wonderful! She called every time there was any update. Made sure we were always in the know. She had significant market knowledge. She answered any and all questions we had in a way that we, people with not much knowledge in realty, understand. She did everything she could to negotiate us a good price. We had several issues with our house towards the end. She made sure we had several good options on how to proceed. She always made sure we were comfortable with everything in the process. We are so happy we got to work with Janelle!

She provided as much information as possible about the houses that interested me. If there were things she saw that would be of concern to me based on my specifications, she checked on those without me having to remind her.

My husband and I were buying from out of town and Isha did a great job of being available and accessible throughout the process. We looked at ten homes in one day then she went back the same weekend and looked at four other homes virtually, giving me a detailed video walk through. I was able to trust her completely with questions and advice. If I buy again in the Charlotte area I will be working with her again.
