There are realtors and there are passionate , professional, hardworking realtors. I have had encounters with both kinds. I am thankful for the help, professionalism, patience , and hardwork I received from the people at Garibaldi Realty in Belmont , NC for the last several years. We were engaged by chance (and lucky for me ) for property management in 2011, and we are still together. With their help , we threaded the ups and downs together. I benefited and enjoed the steady hands approach of 3 people there. They work as a team/unit to your satisfaction. They played so many roles on my behalf specially dealing with a home warranty company for repair issues and at times with unfair tenant. They deserve the best customers for property management , property sale, purchase, any thing real estate. They work with most trusted contractors for the periodic repairs and fixups. For all my imperfections , listening to their professional and relevant advices worked the best for me. I give them the highest possible recommendations for your real estate needs. Cheers !
