Ashley was amazing to work with. The property we wanted to look at was in desperate need of a lot of work, and never once did Ashley make us feel like we were getting in over our heads. She had great recommendations for a lender and helped us out with understanding our options with renovation costs in our mortgage. Never did we feel like we had to do our own research on anything! Ashley also helped us navigate the best offer and counter-offer to secure our contract. We’re so thankful for our experience with her- everything was very easy!
