Jae Sun was absolutely invaluable for me and my husband, especially as first time home buyers. He made the daunting task of buying a house during this crazy housing market a breeze. He was very prompt with responding to our texts of many questions and requests. We learned a great deal from him about what to look at when looking at houses and general house maintenance. And although he isn't an inspector he was able to spot out potential issues with some of the houses we saw. We never felt pressured to make offers we weren't 100% sure on. And when we finally were in the process of closing on our current home, Jae Sun acted as our advocator when dealing with the builders. We would without a doubt ask him for help if we ever sell or buy a home!

Audrey and Ed were very helpful when we looked for our new home. Their many years of experience working in the local market was incredibly helpful since we were coming from out of state. I like that they didn’t try to force us to do virtual tours only like some other realtors. In fact, they don’t do virtual tours for buyers. I got a little frustrated at being told the same thing multiple times but I suspect that is because people usually need to be told things often. With all the things she made us do and all the info we had to have available, I can imagine she would be a fantastic sellers agent. She really listened to what we said we wanted and tried to steer us away from things that wouldn’t work to help everyone avoid time wasted.
