Wes did an excellent job of putting our house on the market at a very good price and after only 2 weeks we got an offer that we accepted. It was a special type of financing and while it buyers were a little slow on doing their part we were impressed with how Wes kept after them and even thought settlement Wes put off several times he was able to push the deal through and got us our money.
