My husband, son and I were lucky enough to get referred to Beverly Hart at Berkshire Hathaway in Suwanee, GA. Due to the quick sell of our home in Northern Virginia, we had a tight timeframe of ONE weekend to visit homes in Gwinnette/Forsyth Counties. We requested from Beverly to tour 11 homes over that weekend, which she accommodated with great enthusiasm. By the end of day 1 (Saturday) Beverly helped up place an offer on a house, and, due to the her awesome negotiating skills, by the next day (Sunday) we had an accepted contract! It was such a smooth process from touring to contract to closing, that we cannot recommend Beverly Hart enough!!
