We chose a difficult time to sell our house. One month before a presidential election and a handful of months before major holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas). Jane set a price we agreed upon and based on local market. We had 3 open houses in 3 consecutive weeks. There was very good interest, but no offers. After 3rd open house we discussed the situation and decided to drop price by 20k. One day after making the price adjustment, we received an offer from a buyer that was pre -qualified for amount that see offered to buy the house. Buyer did not even come see house until inspection. So we managed to sell our house in 4 weeks on the open market. During entire process we realized we had a very good realtor, who did good quality work. Jane knew she had a nice house to sell and she did her best at helping us sell house. I would recommend Jane to others looking to sell and buy a house.
