This was not my first time buying a home but as it turned out the houses we made offers on all came with challenges that I have never experienced before. However, Dave's instinct told him it was probably more serious and advised me to get a second opinion. That second opinion saved me upwards of $18,000 that I would have had to pay after I would have bought the home as it turned out the Septic Drain Field had a leak and could take six to eight weeks to fix. So here is my bottom line. If you want to deal with a Realtor who is truly concerned about your wants, needs, and questions, then Dave is the Realtor for you.
