She saw marks on the wall that I didn't see and to be honest, could hardly see once they were brought to my attention. She found a chip on the granite kitchen island and other things I would never have noticed. The construction supervisor finally handed her a roll of blue tape and told her to mark all that needed fixing. And she did! We have bought multiple properties with Gale by our side and she makes the process so much easier. Seamless, really. When Gale is your realtor, she is your advocate. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
