Gale Milgrim...the consummate professional

Once again, Gale Milgrim, has proven to be worth her weight in gold. This was the first time we were purchasing a townhouse under construction. Gale recommended we hire an outside inspector to inspect at strategic times during the process. At first, I didn't think it would be necessary but followed her advice. The inspector found multiple issues that were brought to the developer's attention and fixed. As we were getting closer to closing, the developer's representative was pushing us to close when the unit wasn't completely finished and Gale interceded. She was our advocate and dealt with the aggressive agent. Finally, at walk through, I relaxed because Gale has an eagle eye. She saw marks on the wall that I didn't see and to be honest, could hardly see once they were brought to my attention. She found a chip on the granite kitchen island and other things I would never have noticed. The construction supervisor finally handed her a roll of blue tape and told her to mark all that needed fixing. And she did! We have bought multiple properties with Gale by our side and she makes the process so much easier. Seamless, really. When Gale is your realtor, she is your advocate. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
