The decision to retain Ms. Pilchick was a fantastic one. When it was time to move my mother from her home, Ms. Pilchick provided guidance, suggested vendors, facilitated getting the house in order, and proactively assisted with making sure that her house was in the best shape possible to be sold for a fair price. Ms. Pilchick was a kind and helpful resource well before we formally retained her. She was not pushy or aggressive, and was a valued partner in the preparation and sale of this property. She went well above the call of duty to ensure communication and paperwork were understood and prepared correctly, and she made this process as painless as possible. There is no way that I can adequately express my thanks for her services, and my endorsement of her as a realtor. I would gladly provide a reference saying as much, and wish her every success - she earns it!

Hannah made it really easy to find a home that I love. She has an important balance of kind and assertive when dealing with other parties, which was needed in my transaction. She was quick to find solutions to each problem that arose and has great resources at her disposal. At a time when contractors are busy and hard to get a hold of, they respond quickly to her loyalty and are helpful when you need it. I was impressed all the way through the process.

As first time home-buyers, my fiance and I could not have imagined going through this process without Amy's help. From the very beginning of our home search, Amy made herself available at all times. Whether it was early in the morning or late at night, she was always a text or phone call away to happily answer any questions we had. After many weekends of home tours and countless hours spent on researching every house we showed interest in, Amy was able to find us the perfect home and, even more importantly, help us negotiate a great deal in what was certainly a "seller's market." Beyond just the search process, Amy was able to guide us through our due diligence period, assisting in finding the right inspectors, lenders, insurance providers, etc. that ultimately led to a smooth and stress-free closing. We are very happy in our new home, and we are very happy we had Amy to help us get here. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated professional to assist with your real estate needs, look no further than Amy Hodges.
