I moved out of state almost 2 years ago, and for 18 months Paul managed the renting of our house, and did an awesome job of it. When we decided it was time to sell, he worked out a deal with the renters and was able to get our house on the market within 2 months. While we were 600 miles away, Paul did a great job of getting and keeping the house cleaned, recommendations for what the house needed and getting those done, showing the house, and the knowledge of knowing when to refuse the inappropriate offers so we could accept the good one. We only got a few thousand below asking price, but that was the fault of the appraiser, who refused to account for the work done and new roof, despite Paul being there and showing them the proof of the work. We would have got even less, but because of Paul's experience and negotiating talents, we nearly got what we asked for (which was actually MORE than we thought we would get when my wife and I decided to put it on the market, because Paul suggested a higher initial asking price).
