We are living in the home of our dreams thanks to Richard Bisaillon. He worked with us every step of the way from researching and showing multiple homes to finding and purchasing this one. He handled all the negotiations with the seller in a professional manner. His knowledge and experience were essential as we went through the home inspection and due diligence process. He helped us overcome a deficient appraisal that would otherwise have caused us to loose the home. He worked with the lender to arrange a new appraisal and helped provide comparables. There were some minor issues that came up after the closing and Richard stayed with us to resolve them with the seller. On top of everything, he is a wonderful human being.
