When we finally found the house we wanted, she stepped up and took charge, took care of all communications with sellers’ agent, took care of all paperwork, and walked us through the process step by step, making the long and complicated process of closing as simple as can be. Throughout the process it was apparent that she came from a closely knit family, which made her more understanding about family needs and dynamics throughout such a long process with all its details.
