We met Janet for a specific listing, but made the decision to continue working with her exclusively after that. She promised to not give up until we got the house with the exact features and price range we were after, and she delivered! It took a few weeks, through which she worked with us patiently and diligently, always organized, energetic, persistent and prompt. She provided options, worked with all the listings we had found online and sent to her, set up appointments, walked us through our choices one by one, giving input on the different neighborhoods, communities, and different features of the homes we were seeing, always honestly giving pros and cons. She was never pushy about any listing and we never felt being rushed into making any decision. Always promptly answered our inquiries, through phone calls, messages or emails- be it regular work hours, after hours, or during weekends. When we finally found the house we wanted, she stepped up and took charge, took care of all communications with sellers’ agent, took care of all paperwork, and walked us through the process step by step, making the long and complicated process of closing as simple as can be. Throughout the process it was apparent that she came from a closely knit family, which made her more understanding about family needs and dynamics throughout such a long process with all its details.
