It’s already a tough market. Darrin got the offer in and went through tough negotiations with a difficult buyer. He some how got me in a comfortable position of power and it helped drive us to closing. He told me after we listed what I should realistically expect offers to be and he was dead on accurate.

Kelli was such a pleasure to work with ,she knew exactly how to get this house sold , we did a little landscaping ,she really did all the work as far as dealing with the investors ,and kept in contact with me the whole way through this process ,I would recommend Kelli to anyone looking to sell there property, she is very compassionate with all your needs! Its been an overall great experience! Thank you again!
