Molly did an amazing job selling our home in Wesley Chapel during the pandemic. We had ‘interviewed’ multiple Realtors and most of them recommended to price our house much lower than our research suggested the price should be due to the uncertainty of the pandemic. One agent said in their opinion it would take 9-12 months for our home to sell. Well, Molly had it under contract at almost list price, with multiple offers, in the first week! Molly pulled multiple comps for us over a few months when we were preparing to move. She priced the home just where we wanted and we ended up walking away with $20-30k more than we would have if we used other agents suggested prices. In addition to being on-top of the market data, Molly went above and beyond in other areas. We had moved out of state and the house was vacant. Molly checked up on the property regularly and kept us informed about landscaping needs, etc. We also had a rough time due to the title search uncovering a permit that had never been closed out by a vendor for the home. Since we were out of state, we did a lot of calling and emailing to resolve the issue. Molly was our “feet on the ground” and took care of picking up and delivering papers to the county and property. We would have not been able to get the permit closed and sell the home without Molly’s dedication. On top of all her hard work, Molly is a pleasure to work with. She is very nice and personable. She responds to emails, calls and texts quickly. She also would reach out to me with updates about the contracts, even if just to say that everything was moving along smoothly. If we ever purchased or sold property in the Wesley Chapel or Tampa area again, Molly would be our Realtor. We highly recommend her to sellers and buyers!
