This is the third time we have used Erin in a real estate transaction. The first was to buy a home in September 2015, the second time to help us rent a home to a tenant in December 2015 and than most recently to sell the same rent house in March 2017. I'm writing this on the same day we sold. Erin truly is 5 star agent. Certainly after over 10 years in Brevard County she knows her way around this part of Florida and is willing to travel the length of Brevard's 72 miles of freeway (which she did for us in 2015 when we wanted to see something in Titusville). Having said that I would say Erin's super-speciality is Viera/Suntree. Erin always knows the answer to every question we have asked. Concerning responsivness Erin either directly picks up a phone call or will return a call within a couple minutes. Concerning negation skills Erin had our interest in mind and was able to convince the buyer to accept an offer for $14K over what Erin and us both knew was fair value (the only thing that brought the price down was the buyer's mortgage company based on the appraisal however the buyer immediately accepted the offer). Erin's greatest strength is her willingness to do anything to close the sale. Often I could not get away from work and my spouse can't drive so Erin would do anything from pick my spouse up to drive by the home we was about to sell check up on things to working on our behalf with contractors and even meeting them at the home. Erin is a must if you need a dedicated real estate agent in Brevard County.

Erin helped us purchase our home last year and she was absolutely wonderful. Not only is she prompt and extremely personable, she was very professional. There were several instances in which Erin took time out of her schedule to not only meet contractors, appraisers, and other individuals necessary to make our purchase possible, but she also schedule every one of them for us! We literally would not own our home right now if it weren't for her hard work and due-diligence. I can't say enough about Erin! When we sell our home and buy another, she is the ONLY person I'd contact!
