Michele was very professional, easy to deal with and obviously passionate about real estate. Not only can she sell the properties, but she is a great ambassador for greater Tampa/St Petersburg region. Given that we were not from Florida, Michele was a real asset in helping us decide if the area was right for us. If there had been a category for persistence; I would have given Michele six stars. Her determination and "never give up" attitude sets her apart.

I was selling my property using a different company while trying to find one to rent from her. She ended up helping me with the sale of my condo as the company I was using turned out to be incompetent causing me to lose my buyers. Ultimately, I dropped them and hired her to sell the condo for me. It was fast and easy and more profitable. Then she found me one to rent which I ended up buying. So she sold my old one and sold me a new one. 😌
