Initially after looking at about 6 units we decided to change our criteria a bit and then we had to head home ( not FL residents). A few weeks later Stephanie reached out to us on a condo listing she saw in Tierra Verde that was amazing. She arranged a video tour for us and we fell in love with it. We had to do everything long distance and she was awesome on all aspects. She got us a great price and a great deal on the unit. .Had to do a remote closing, that was very smooth. About 6 weeks later we made it down to FL to actually stay in our new unit, opened the deck blinds and off of our balcony were dolphins in the canal that we could see - we joked that Stephanie did a great job planning the dolphins visit!! Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. She went the extra mile for us because we were not able to be there.

Nadine is the best realtor I have ever worked with, and I’ve worked with many over the years. To start, she made herself available to view listings with me, frequently on short notice. But her true value was demonstrated with her savy business sense, quick follow up and excellent communication skills. Nadine shared good suggestions when composing the offer to buy and then subsequent negotiations. After the contract, she connected me with an excellent attorney to review closing documents. Nadine personally chased down clearing several open construction permits that were a surprise to everyone, even calling the vendors who had pulled the permits in order to aid in getting them closed with the county before closing. Whenever I texted her she always responded quickly with an answer or an acknowledgment that she had received my text and would pursue an answer. She kept me well informed on what action was being pursued. About one month after the closing we discovered the flood insurance had never been transferred to me and she jumped into action contacting the insurance company, the sellers’ realtor and the attorney. In short, I was extremely impressed with Nadine’s business sense and follow up skills in addition to being such a pleasant and professional woman to work with.
