We met Treasure through our daughter. We live out of state, so Treasure and our daughter worked together throughout our experience. We could not visit the properties in person, so we found our retirement condo through FaceTime. We were able to view each of the properties with them in real time and ask questions as if we were there. She was knowledgeable about the inside of a home, and pointed out many positive aspects of the living spaces, while also pointing out areas that would need attention. Throughout the process, Treasure was in regular communication with us via phone calls, text messages, and emails.
