We listed our house just shortly before two back-to-back hurricanes, and a move out of state. Mike's expertise and advice were invaluable in helping us to get everything ready to list and to show. We were fortunate that our house did not have water damage, but a lot of people did, and as the local housing market changed rapidly following the hurricanes, Mike helped us to price the property accordingly. He went out of his way to make sure things were the way they needed to be when we weren't able to be there and worked diligently until we had a sale. He worked with us and the title company to make sure that the sale went smoothly, even though we were having to do our part long distance. I've known Mike and his family for years. He is a man of integrity with an incredibly strong work ethic and a great sense of humor. We couldn't have done it without him!

We had a fantastic experience with Mike. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Tampa Bay area and helped us find the perfect home after an exhaustive process of filtering through the fluff. Upon home visits, most realtors pump up the positives and gloss over the negatives until you bring them up. Not Mike. He was very honest and quick to point out negative aspects of houses before the positives, which can greatly help when determining true value and immediately established a level of trust I've never seen in realty. He also has an uncanny eye for cover-ups (issues hidden under the surface) and was a ferocious negotiator through every stage of the buying process. His interaction with opposing realtors was competition, and Mike is a winner. I would highly suggest for any and all real estate needs and will be using him for future investment properties as well.

Disclaimer, I've known Jorge as a friend for some time, which allowed me to know his personality and work ethic in other area, which gave me initial confidence in his realtor expertise. That being said, someone can also be biased into working with a friend just because their are friends. From the onset of showing interest in purchasing a home, Jorge was attentive without being pushy, he was consistently proactive in learning about my interests (location, style, price etc.) on a home and very educational about how the market was continuing to move and opportunities from those changes. Jorge's knowledge of the process was very reassuring, he again showed proactiveness in helping me understand what was needed from budgeting, viewing homes, placing offers and then the formal closing process. I couldn't be more thrilled to have worked with Jorge and it made my first-time home buying experience as smooth and exciting as possible.
