Disclaimer, I've known Jorge as a friend for some time, which allowed me to know his personality and work ethic in other area, which gave me initial confidence in his realtor expertise. That being said, someone can also be biased into working with a friend just because their are friends. From the onset of showing interest in purchasing a home, Jorge was attentive without being pushy, he was consistently proactive in learning about my interests (location, style, price etc.) on a home and very educational about how the market was continuing to move and opportunities from those changes. Jorge's knowledge of the process was very reassuring, he again showed proactiveness in helping me understand what was needed from budgeting, viewing homes, placing offers and then the formal closing process.
