Excellent experience! My husband and I recently worked with Bob to purchase a home here in Sarasota. He was absolutely fantastic and possesses all of the qualities that make an exceptional realtor. He is so knowledgeable on the area, responds immediately, scheduled us to view properties faster then any realtor that we have ever worked with and has a very lovely and fun personality. We also really appreciated his calm and low pressure style. Oh yes, great negotiator as well! His lovely wife, Bonnie, was wonderful when guiding us through all the financials, paperwork and helping with inspections and local resources. Thank you Bob and Bonnie for your EXCEPTIONAL services!
